notice either by email, phone, or both when their order is ready for
pick-up.
Free Shipping
All orders
that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped with Signature Required.
All orders that qualify for Free
Shipping, Architectscornerstore.com reserves the right to choose USPS or FEDEX
to ship the orders.
Signature On Delivery
All orders will
be given the option for Signature on Delivery for an additional $1.75. Signature
on delivery means the carrier will not leave the package without a signature. If
a customer opts for No Signature on Delivery, customer takes full
responsibilities for the package. We will not replace or refund the order if our
shipper FedEx or USPS does not pay the claim on the missing package.
Our Backorder Policy
While we strive very hard to maintain adequate stock levels
of all our items and usually fulfill 90% or more of all orders
upfront, we do run out or low from time to time. This is especially true of our
Promotional items. Should the situation arise where we have only a partial
quantity available, we will ship you what is available and backorder the
remaining quantity.
In general Architects Corner will
automatically backorder products that we think we can obtain within 30 days and
send them immediately when back in. If the 30 day window can't be met we will
cancel the backordered items. In addition we will not backorder
products if the total value is less than $25. If the backordered item(s) will
take longer than 30 days or is under $25 we will email you a refund notice and
issue a refund to the credit card you provided.
All backordered items we
retain will remain on backorder with Architects Corner unless we
receive further instructions from you. As a retail distributor Architects
Corner relies upon our many valued suppliers to help maintain our inventory
levels. Situations do arise that are beyond our control that can cause
backorders delays to you our valued customer. Architects Corner will try hard to
communicate with you about such situations.

FedEx Ground service will
take from 2 to 7 days based on the distance to destination. Please refer to
the map below for estimates.
Service days: Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the
end of the business day.

ArchitectsCornerStore.com is Not Responsible for Lost or Damaged
Packages due to the shipping company, however there are shipping insurance
options during checkout. Shipping Insurance is dependent on the amount for your
order. Please refer to the following table.

For example: if your order total is 299.99 , you may choose to
